In another victory over the GOP who would disenfranchise eligible voters, the Supreme Court declined to hear the State of Ohio's appeal of the Obama Administration challenge to the change in early voter laws. Early voting will continue through the election without impediment.

Of course with the early returns favoring the President, the GOP will do all it can by any means necessary to grab a victory, even if it comes at the expense of the voting rights of American citizens living in that state.
